Inspired by Kisumu’s undulating hills and the waves of Lake Victoria, this mixed-use development offers a unique blend of character and convenience. The project features 90 residential units, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, with luxurious penthouses crowning the development. Residents will enjoy a full suite of amenities, including a gym, spa, swimming pool, and landscaped gardens, creating an oasis within the vibrant city.

The design takes a sculptural approach, dividing the buildable volume into a series of interlocking blocks. This articulation responds not only to site constraints but also to Kisumu’s prevailing southwesterly winds, ensuring optimal natural ventilation.

This modular approach offers maximum flexibility. Each block houses a specific apartment type with independent access from the central core, allowing for a customizable mix of units and potential phased construction.

The landscape strategy complements the architectural concept. By breaking down the mass, the project creates a network of interconnected spaces between the blocks.
