The Changing Faces Competition is an innovative mobilization technique used to bring the youth in Dandora together to take responsibility and transform their neighbourhood to a clean, green and safe area. The competition offers cash prizes to the youth team that can demonstrate that it has initiated the greatest transformation into making their courtyard clean, green and safe while creating jobs for themselves. After two successful seasons in 2014 and 2015 bringing together over 120 youth groups the competition is now in its third year with the prize giving slated for 17 December 2016. http://dandora-transformation.org
