RANCH LAKE HOUSES, NAIVASHA

Project Description

Nestled amidst the golden glow of yellow fever acacia trees on the shores of Lake Naivasha, four contemporary homes gracefully emerge from the landscape. Designed with a rustic elegance, these singlestory residences echo the natural beauty of their surroundings.

Carefully placed to follow the existing contours, the homes appear to float above the ground, nestled thoughtfully in between mature trees.

This meticulous placement ensures every room enjoys unobstructed views of the lake. Access to the water’s edge unfolds through a series of landscaped walkways. Here, existing boulders are transformed into natural steps, seamlessly blending with the environment.

Stepping through a charming open courtyard, a modern arched entrance welcomes you into a haven of tranquility and style. Each single-story residence features a three-bedroom layout, with one spacious ensuite on one side and two additional ensuites grouped together. An open-plan living area, including the kitchen, forms the heart of the home, fostering a sense of connection and shared living.

The minimalist finishes chosen, timber, exposed concrete, locally sourced cladding and monolithic cement finishes create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout while infuse warmth and coziness.
